With the responsibility of over 3 million insureds all over the country. Thai Life Hotline also provides traveling support and services to care for all insured every time when they travel 24-hour. |

Thai Life Hotline 24-hour coverage all over the world
Service Network, Medical service (All over the world)
1. Consultant service that provides hospital information or medical specialist, Hotline service, clinic
and dental services.
2. Patient transfer service to the selective hospital.
3. To inform emergency information to families when the insured is in hospital.
4. Emergency patient transfer for rapid medical treatment due to insufficient medical
specialist or equipments. The company will arrange transportation such as plane, helicopter or ambulance.
*The transfer of patient will be determined by the condition of the patient and approved by the on duty hotline doctor.* |
Medical and traveling service (traveling aboard)
International service
1. Patient transfer back to Thailand for continued medical treatment.
2. The deceased body transfered back to Thailand.
3. To provide assistance in case of loss of baggage or passport
4. To provide information on embassies.
5. Translation services.
6. To help and support on hotel reservations for relatives visiting the insureds in hospital aboard. |
Terms
- The policy is still in valid
- Age of insured is not over 65 years of age
- The insured has not been traveling aboard for over 90 days.
- The insureds must apply for and be registered for this coverage abroad.
How to use this service
Domestic
Call Hot line center on 662-256-7333 and identify your name, surname, policy number, age and type of service requested. |

International
-Call 662-246-9562 to register 7 days in advance before traveling. Identify your name, surname in Thai and policy number, surname in English stated as in passport, passport number, identification travel and return trip documents/tickets.
While traveling aboard, call Hotline center 662-256-7333 and identify your name, surname, policy number, age and type of service requested. |
