Accidental death&Dismemberment coverage(AD&D) and Murder, Assault and Riot coverage(MA)

Conditions
          1. Age of insured
    1.1 1 Month to 64 years of age for AD&D1 and MA1
    1.2 5-64 Years of age for AD&D2 and MA2
    1.3 5-64 Years of age for AD&D3
            2.Covering period and premium payment are equal to policy period or 65 years of age.

Benefit
          1. AD&D1 : This rider covers death, permanent disability and organ loss within 180 days after the incident had occurred.
                  
          2. AD&D2 : This rider covers death, organ losses and permanent disability the same as AD&D1 and extended cover on income compensation and medical expenses.
                    
          3. Additional; Murder, Assault and Riot (MA1 and MA2) : To extend coverage on AD&D1 and AD&D2
                     - In case of murdered or being attacked deliberately without provoking or participated.
                     - In case of Civil war, Revolution, Treason
                     - In case of Riot and Strike

          4. AD&D3 :This rider covers actual medical expenses in case of accident as both in-patient and out-patient but not exceeding the sum insured for a treatment. This covers unlimited time of medical treatment over one year.
     
                

Policy buying condition for additional AD&D and MA

1. The insureds who are under 5 years of age (1 month old-4years of age) can buy only AD&D1 and not exceeding 300,000 baht.

2 .The insureds who are between 5-19 years of age can buy AD&D1or AD&D2 or AD&D1+ AD&D2 but not exceeding the sum insured.

3. The insureds who are between 20-64 years of age, conditions are as follows:

For Ordinary Type of Insurance For "Khum Tavee" 5 or 10 times only
1. They can buy AD&D2but not exceeding 3 times of the sum insured or 3 million baht or

2. They can buy AD&D1but not exceeding 3 times of insured or 6 million baht or

3. They can buy AD&D1and AD&D2 but not exceeding 3 times of sum insured or 6 million baht (Buying AD&D2 not exceeding 3 million baht)
1.They can buy AD&D2 but not exceeding 3 times of the sum insured or 3 million baht or

2. They can buy AD&D1 but not exceeding the sum the sum insured or 6 million or

3. They can buy AD&D1and AD&D2 but not exceeding the sum insured 6 million baht (Buying AD&D2 but not exceeding 3 million baht)

          Notice:  This regulation is effective nationwide.

            4. The sum insured for AD&D must not lower than 50,000 baht under condition as follow:

The sum insured for AD&D he sum insured increase/decrease per interval
From 50,000-500,000 baht
over 500,000 baht
50,000 baht
100,000 baht

            5. Additional rider for insured who buy AD&D1, AD&D2or AD&D1+ AD&D2 can buy MA as a couple in the same coverage but not exceeding 2 million baht.
         6. The insureds can buy AD&D3 but not exceeding 10% of the sum insureds with minimum buying of 10,000 but not exceeding 100,000 baht.

Disability
   - Partial temporary disability
20 baht per week of the sum of 10,000 baht.
   -Total permanent disability
60 baht of the sum insured of 10,000 baht
   - Total temporary disability
250 baht per 3 months of the sum insured of 10,000 baht (maximum 10 years) for medical expenses
   - As In-patient :
30 baht per week of the sum insured of 10,000 baht (maximum 20 weeks)
   - In case of surgery :
The insured will receive benefits according to AD&D2 coverage.

2 times coverage:
In case of fire at the hotel, theater, train or bus and elevator accident.

Additional policy for MA
         1. In case of murdered or being attacked deliberately with out provoking or participated.
         2. In case of civil war, revolution, treason.
         3. In case of riot and strike

Occupational requirement for AD&D Qualification

1. To consider present job description for calculating premium payment.
2. If there are more than one job description, the company will consider the most dangerous job.
3. Job description must be informed accurately to make it easier to calculate premium payment
4. Business description has to be explained clearly.

      1. Occupation class 1: The workers who are not labor workers such as:
(1) Government officers who are not technical workers or outdoor officers
(2) Workers who work in the office without using tools, equipment and they are not working in construction or in an inflammable store such as:
-Clerk
-Typist
-Accountant, Auditor
-Bank Worker
(3) The owner of a grocery, jewelry, goldsmith or non-outside business.
(4) Member of the board and manager of a company or industry.
(5) Judge, Attorney General or Lawyer
(6) The owner of a public vehicle or boat without traveling in it
(7) Instructor (Not a physical instructor or master)
(8) Other occupations as occupation class 1.

      2. Occupation class 2: The workers who are working outside the office which include workers who work in the office or as laborer as follow:

(1) Artist musician
(2) Building contractor, architect, painter
(3) Movie cameraman, photographer
(4) Doctor, nurse (not working in a mental hospital)
(5) Lawyer, Military officer, Police officer
(6) Installation technician
(7) Agent, broker and cash errand collector
(8) News reporter, radio personnel (not station in the office)
(9) Hair dresser, make up designer, outfit designer, tailor
(10) Kitchen Worker, Chef
(11) Merchant in the fresh market (not a slaughterhouse)
(12) Worker who works in a small machinery company
(13) Chemist, pharmacist (not working in a laboratory)
(14) Sculptor, dye worker, block maker
(15) Civil engineer, electrical engineer, mine engineer (supervisor only)
(16) Manager of company with inflammable chemicals/materials
(17) Other occupations are as occupation class 2.

       3. Occupation class 3: Workers who are working outdoors as follow:

(1) Farmer, gardener, agriculturist.
(2) Driver, public driver, full-time driver.
(3) Harbor workers which include workers who use tools or equipments
(4) Veterinarian, doctor, nurse and workers who work in mental hospitals
(5) Construction worker, carpenter, mason and painter
(6) Radio and T.V. repairman, electrician who is not working with high voltage power
(7) Village volunteer
(8) Carver carpenter and other artisans
(9) Machine installation worker
(10) Gas plant worker
(11) Printer, mold printer, Melted Iron worker, welder, goldsmith.
(12) Automobile assembly worker, auto mechanic, gun mechanic, machine mechanic
(13) Fisherman who work within 3 mile off coast.
(14) Boiler, sawmill worker, utensil worker
(15) Fabric worker, wicker worker, tannery worker
(16) High place or underground worker
(17) Miner (not working with dynamite)
(18) Glass worker, mirror worker
(19) Professional athlete, amateur athlete
(20) Chemist and pharmacist who works in laboratory
(21) Actor and Actress (not a stuntman)
(22) Professional drama actor and actress or acrobat
(23) Ship worker/builder
(24) Pilot or flight attendant
(25) Other occupation are as occupation class 3.
