Dread Diseases& Term Life& Disability coverage (44 disease) (DD.44)

Condition

1. Age of insured : 20-50 years of age

2. Coverage period and premium payment period are the shortest period among:

2.1 Policy coverage period
2.2 Premium payment period
2.3 69 years minus the age of insured
2.4 10 year-period

3. The insureds must buy this rider with life insurance

4. The insureds can not buy this rider more than the sum insureds and coverage period must equal payment period

5. The insureds can not buy DD.44 and DD. In the same policy. They must choose one of them

6. The insureds can buy this policy up to 2,000,000 baht (In case of the insureds have more than 1 policy; they can buy both DD.and DD.44 for each policy but not over 2,000,000 baht).

Benefit

The company will pay the coverage as follows:

Death

Total permanent disability

Ill by deadly diseases as shown in the table. The company will pay for each case and the policy will be terminated automatically.

Notice (Benefit for DD.44)

If the insureds have been ill with more than 1 deadly disease, the company will pay for only one disease.

When the company pays the coverage the policy will be terminated automatically

The company will pay 50% of the sum insured for these diseases as follows.

Cerebral Aneurysm Requiring Brain Surgery the company will pay the coverage not exceeding 500,000 baht.
Rheumatic Fever with Heart Involvement.
Kawasaki Disease with Heart Complication
Diabetes Mellitus
Acquired Hydrocephalus Requiring An External Shunt

The company will cover as the policy coverage on deadly diseases for 2,3,4,5 diseases at the first time diagnosed before the insureds have reached 17 years of age only.
