Convenient Ways of Premium Payment

1. Payment through Thai Life Insurance Application

1.1 Payment with the payment using QR code or barcode.

1.2 Payment via credit card.

2. Payment by automatic deposit accounting. The opening bank has 13 banks as follows:

2.1 Register for automatic debits from your deposit account through the Thai Life Insurance application.

2.2 Please contact your life insurance agent to register in the automatic debit service

2.3 The service is available for registration through Mobile Banking and ATMs across 6 banks

3. Make the premium payments conveniently through our Mobile Application.

Customers who have received a premium payment notice for policy renewal can easily settle their insurance premiums through the Mobile Application. Payments can be made using various banking channels available within the application.

4. Pay by cash at the following banks with no limit on payment amount.

5. Payments can be made in cash at Counter Service locations within 7-Eleven stores and other Counter Service points nationwide. The maximum payment allowed per policy is 49,000 THB.

6. Pay by cash via MPay Station at AIS/Telewiz Pay Station nationwide. Payment cannot exceed 49,000 baht per policy.

7. Pay by cash at any post office nationwide (Pay at Post). Payment cannot exceed 50,000 baht per policy.

8. Pay through the Internet Banking via the following websites.

9. Pay through your insurance agent. (Remark: To ensure the effectiveness of your policy, please request for a premium receipt upon every payment from your agent immediately.)

10. Pay at the company’s branches nationwide. Please present “the premium notice” every time when making the payment.

10.1 Pay by QR Payment
10.2 Pay by cheque, cashier’s cheque, or bank draft payable to “Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited”, add “A/C Payee only”, and cancel “Or Bearer”. Please also specify the insured name and the policy number on the back of a cheque, cashier’s cheque, or bank draft.

Remarks*

- For payment methods 4-7, please present the premium notice or policyholder’s card every time when making the payment.
- Customers making premium payments via Mobile Banking are advised to verify transaction limits with their respective banks before completing the payment process.
