Recently, there have been a number of phishing emails sent by unknown scammers posing as Mr. Vanich Chaiyawan, Chairman of Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited, under the fake addresses —v_chaiyawan@thailifeinvestment.com and vanich_thailife068@outlook.com — to the businessmen and the companies abroad, deceiving that Mr. Vanich Chaiyawan was interested in investing overseas and that he required upfront management fees for such investment. Those scams have caused not only an untrustworthiness to Mr. Vanich Chaiyawan and Thai Life Insurance PLC, but also the loss to overseas businessmen and companies victims.

Therefore, Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited would like to reassure the public that Mr. Vanich Chaiyawan and the Company have no involvement and knowledge in such fraud messages. The Company has hereby authorized Marut Bunnag International Law Office to report any complaints to Technology Crime Suppress Division (TCSD), Royal Thai Police. TCSD is to investigate, apprehend the culprits, as well as prevent further unsuspecting victims from any loss and damages.

Please as well be informed that Mr. Vanich Chaiyawan has only one email under Thai Life Insurance PLC's domain name which is "@thailife.com". We do not have any other domain name.
